Hero Rewards® After Closing

Eligible homebuyers who work with a participating Homes for Heroes real estate specialist may receive a Hero Rewards® check equal to approximately 0.7% of the home purchase price, or about $700 for every $100,000 of purchase price. Actual savings may vary.

901 Heroes is Bryan Ratcliff's local Memphis outreach initiative dedicated to creating awareness of the Homes for Heroes® program and making it easier for local heroes and employers to connect with the program. Bryan is a local REALTOR® and Homes for Heroes Affiliate serving the Memphis area.

This mission is personal to Bryan. His wife, Andrea, has spent her career in nursing at Baptist Memorial Health Care, giving him a firsthand appreciation for the people who serve patients and communities every day. That connection is one of the reasons he is passionate about helping local heroes understand and access the Homes for Heroes® program.
