What is 901 Heroes?
901 Heroes is a community initiative focused on bringing the benefits of Homes for Heroes® to the heroes who serve Memphis and the surrounding communities. You could receive thousands of dollars back when you buy or sell a home. Through 901 Heroes and the Homes for Heroes® program, eligible local heroes receive a reward of approximately 25% of their real estate agent's commission. After closing, you receive a check. It's your money to use however you want. That typically works out to approximately $700 for every $100,000 of the purchase price. So on a $400,000 home, the Hero Reward would be approximately $2,800.

A Thank You Isn't Enough
901 Heroes was created by Memphis Realtor Bryan Ratcliff as a way to give back to the people who dedicate their lives to serving others. Bryan's wife, Andrea, has been a nurse at Baptist for 20 years, giving him a firsthand appreciation for the commitment and sacrifice that comes with a life of service.
What began with a desire to give back through real estate has grown into 901 Heroes, a local initiative dedicated to recognizing and supporting the heroes who serve the Memphis community.
Meet Bryan Ratcliff
I founded 901 Heroes to give back to the people who serve our community.
I’m a Memphis native and University of Memphis graduate with more than a decade of real estate experience helping buyers and sellers throughout the Memphis area. My approach is built around strong communication, attention to detail, negotiation, and protecting my clients’ best interests from the first conversation through closing.
As a Homes for Heroes® Affiliate Real Estate Specialist, I provide full-service real estate representation while helping eligible local heroes receive a Hero Reward® after closing.
